While it might not help right now, check out Scientists and Engineers For America, http://www.sefora.org. It’s a pro-science PAC that just started up, and it’s over a thousand members strong. The board of directors is composed of 20 PhDs, 8 of which are Nobel Laureates. I thought you might be interested, though I bet you’ve already discovered them, given our penchant for discovering the same things simultaneously and seperately.
